  TIE-BREAKING PROCEDURE
  Determine Division Standings
If there is a 3 or 4-way tie, you compare the tied teams
against each other cumulatively until the tie is broken.
Then for the remaining teams, you start over at the top
of the tie-breaker list, comparing them until the tie is
    broken.
For example:  All four teams in a division are 1-1,
and the tie is broken by most overall PF.
The tie-winner is first in the standings, and now
you start over at the top of the tie-breaker list
      comparing the remaining three.
Another example: four teams in a division are all
2-2; two teams have a division record of 2-1,
and the other two team's division record is 1-2.
Compare the two teams with 2-1 div records
starting from the top of the tie-breaker list.
For the remaining three teams, start comparing
them from the top of the list.

Determine League Standings (playoff seeds/draft order)
If there is a tie between 3 or more teams, division
    tie-breakers are applied first.
      EXAMPLE #1:
Three teams, one from each division, are tied,
and none of them are leading their division.
      Calling them L-team2, M-team2 and C-team2:

          vs L2 vs M2 vs C2
      L-team2 x L2 won L2 won 2-0

      M-team2 M2 lost x M2 lost 0-2

      C-team2 C2 lost C2 won x 1-1

L-team2 wins the tie-breaking. Next, compare
      M-team2 and C-team2 head-to-head.
Example would be the same if all three were
      leading their division.

      EXAMPLE #2:
Four teams are tied with 6-5 records; two are
from the Larry division (L2 & L3), one from the
Moe (M2) and one from the Curly (C2).
The tie between the two Larrys is broken first,
so L3 is eliminated from the process. L2 is
compared with M2 and C2 as in example #1, but
after L2 won the tie-breaking, you now add L3 to
      a comparison with M2 and C2.

          vs L3 vs M2 vs C2
      L-team3 x L3 lost L3 won 1-1

      M-team2 M2 won x M2 lost 1-1

      C-team2 C2 lost C2 won x 1-1

      Since the cumulative head-to-head-to-head
record is all tied, the next step is to compare PF
totals in those H2H2H games. Let's say C2 had
      the most (75), L3 2nd with 69, and M2 with 65.
C2 wins the tie-breaker, and now you go back to
to the top of the tie-breaker order and compare
      L3 and M2 head-to-head. M2 beat L3, so it
      doesn't matter that L3 had more 3-team
      cumulative PF.
